Welcome to the instructions page for remotely unlocking your device's network, repairing your device's IMEI, and unlocking Google FRP via USB connection and USB Redirector (Customer Edition) provided by CleanIMEI.com.
Service Requirements.

Windows OS.
A PC or laptop running Windows operating system (Sorry, Mac is not supported).

Internet Connection.
Stable internet connection. Please avoid using a hotspot. Check connection.

USB cable.
USB cable to connect your device to the PC/laptop

EDL Cable.
EDL Cable. Please note that an EDL cable is only required if you choose the EDL option.

USB redirector.
USB redirector customer module. You can download it here

TeamViewer.
We only require TeamViewer or AnyDesk if your device needs to be flashed.
General Instructions.

Buy Service.
Purchase the service from our website.

Download Software.
If you do not already have it, please download the USB Redirector (Customer Module) from here.

Provide Details.
Go to our live chat or WhatsApp and provide your order number along with your public IP address.

Enter IP Address.
Then, open USB Redirector and enter the IP address provided by our technician via live chat or WhatsApp.

Connect USB.
Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.

Await Completion.
Our technician will then start working on your device and will let you know once it's done.
Before connecting your device.

USB Debugging.
Please ensure that USB debugging is enabled on your device. Note that USB debugging not required for Google, Gmail, and FRP lock.

No Screen Locks.
Please make sure that your device does not have any screen locks, patterns, or passwords set up before proceeding.

Internet Speed.
Please ensure that your PC or laptop has a download and upload speed of at least 15Mbps. Check speed.

Steps to enable USB debugging on Samsung.
- Go to your device's "Settings" menu.
- Scroll down and tap on "About phone" or "About device."
- Tap on "Software information" and Find the "Build number" section and tap on it repeatedly until you see a message that says "You are now a developer!" or "Developer option enabled!"
- Go back to the "Settings" menu and you should now see a new option called "Developer options."
- Tap on "Developer options" and scroll down until you find "USB debugging."
- Tap on "USB debugging" to turn it on.
- A pop-up message will appear asking if you want to allow USB debugging. Tap "OK" to confirm.

Steps to enter download mode on Samsung.
Method 1:
- Power off your Samsung device completely.
- Press and hold the Volume Down button, along with the Power button, until the Samsung logo appears on the screen.
- Release both buttons and you should see a warning message on the screen.
- Press the Volume Up button to continue and enter download mode.
- Your Samsung device should now be in download mode
Method 2:
Connect your USB cable to your device. Press and hold the Volume Up, Volume Down, and Power buttons simultaneously until you see a blue screen. Then, press the Volume Up button to continue.

Steps to enter Qualcomm mode on Samsung.
- Disconnect your phone from any connections if it's currently connected.
- Power off your phone completely.
- Connect the EDL cable to your computer.
- Press and hold the Volume Down button on your phone.
- Press and hold the EDL button on the EDL cable.
- Connect the EDL cable to your phone.
- Once the phone is connected, click the Volume Down button 8 times and then release the EDL button.
- You should see a "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader" message on your computer device manager.

Steps to enter Fastboot on Motorola.
Method 1
- Power off your device completely.
- Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button simultaneously.
- Continue holding both buttons until the screen displays the Fastboot mode menu.
- Once you see the Fastboot mode menu, release both buttons.

Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button simultaneously. until you see fastboot.

Steps to enable USB debugging on Motorola.
- Go to the "Settings" app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap on "System".
- Tap on "Developer options".
- Scroll down and find "USB debugging" and toggle the switch to the right to enable it.
- A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the action. Tap "OK" to confirm.
If you can't find "Developer options" in the "System" settings, you may need to enable it first. To do this, go to "Settings" > "About phone" > "Software information" and tap on "Build number" 7 times. This will enable Developer options on your device.
